Simple: Your book must be independently published within the last 5 years. 

Easy: Fill out the quick form below and upload the original cover of your book, no screenshots or downloads. Must be in high quality form. (Format: PNG or JPG Dimensions: 2240x2240px)

Affordable: We know as an indie author you incur all expenses so we made this super affordable with only a $20 USD entry per book cover.
